Wendy O. Koopa: Summer Heat

Inspired by a request from for *ahem* something else entirely , I modified it slightly in my mind and came up with something that sums up what 70% of Americans have been feeling for the last month! WHEN DOES AUTUMN GET HERE?! And I know, her bow is kind of tiny this time, but on the upside I'm especially proud of the coloring on the icepop ^_^
